I ask because Gillette, WY is having a track special (The East/West Clash) and the payouts aren't too bad, at least for this region. The A-Mods are paying $2,500 to win, $200 to start. The "A-Mods" must be WISSOTA or IMCA legal instead of the normal WISSOTA rules. This will be the first time that the East-West Clash will allow IMCA mods to race, so it should be pretty exciting. Justin Wright from Rock Springs, WY is expected to be one of many IMCA mods making the trip to Gillette. Gillette has been a pretty fast track this year, especially when the WoO LMs ran in July. For the most part, the drivers say the track has been a fast-smooth surface, instead of rough surface some tracks put together.
